HOW TO MEASURE WAIST

Find the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hips. Place a tape measure around your middle at a point halfway between them (just above the belly button). Make sure it’s pulled tight, but isn’t digging into your skin. Breathe out naturally and take your measurement.

HOW TO MEASURE HIPS

Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips. Use the mirror to make sure the tape measure is straight all the way around. The tape measure should be snug and parallel to the floor. It’s important that the tape measure doesn’t sag at the back. If you're measuring alone, consider taking the measurement a few times to ensure accuracy. Record the number where the tape measure overlaps at the fullest part of your hips.
